2.填进料密封以后，一定要定期检查轴封水的泄漏量是多少，严密监视，若泄漏量超过规定的则视为泄漏严重，这时就应该及时调节填料压盖或换新的盘根，一定要保证外接水一滴一滴的泄漏；
3.双端面机械密封时，定期检测水箱水位和水的浑浊程度，如果水位降低或者水比较浑浊，一定要立刻加水或换新干净水；
4.如果压滤机泵在冬季长时间不使用，这时就需要关闭进口阀门，启动泵，让其空转几分钟，排掉泵内残余浆液，防止泵体发生冻裂现象；
